💚 May is Mental Health Awareness Month 💚

This month is a reminder that mental health matters—every single day. It’s okay to not be okay, and it’s okay to ask for help. Taking care of your mind is just as important as taking care of your body.

Adults 60+ (and spouses) can make reservations by calling 319-653-3950.

Adults under 60 years of age are also welcome and are required to pay $10 for the meal.

**Must make reservations before 1PM the Tuesday PRIOR to the meal!**
