πββοΈπ¦ Swimwear Safety Matters!
πββοΈπ¦ Swimwear Safety Matters! π¦πββοΈ
Did you know that the color of your childβs swimsuit can impact how easily theyβre seen in the water? Visibility can be critical in preventing water emergencies.
π Choose bright, contrasting swimwear colors like:
β
Neon orange
β
Bright pink
β
Lime green
β
Yellow
β Avoid swimsuits that are blue, white, or muted colors, as they can blend into the water and make it harder to spot a child in distressβespecially in pools, lakes, or rivers.
π‘ Extra Water Safety Tips:
βοΈ Always supervise children near waterβstay within armβs reach
βοΈ Use Coast Guard-approved life jackets in open water
βοΈ Enroll kids in swim lessons
βοΈ Know CPR in case of emergencies
A little planning goes a long way in keeping water time safe and fun! π
