Washington County Public Health is here to help you check off those school health requirements! ✅

📅 Clinic Dates:

• Thursday, August 14, 2025
🕒 Time: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
📍 NEW Location: 2175 Lexington Blvd Bldg. 2, Washington, IA 52353

💉 Services Offered:
• Dental Screenings (Kindergarten & 9th Grade)
• Vision Screenings (Kindergarten & 3rd Grade)
• Lead Testing (Kindergarten)
• Immunizations (Kindergarten, 7th & 12th Grade*)

*Immunizations are available for children under 19 who:
✔️ Have no health insurance
✔️ Are enrolled in Medicaid
✔️ Are American Indian or Alaska Native
✔️ Are underinsured

📞 Call us at (319) 653-7758 to schedule your child’s immunization appointment.
All other services will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
