Due to some conflicts, there will be no dental services at tonight's Back to School Clinic!

We are truly sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

All other services will still be available and dental will be available at the August 14th clinic.

Clinic is from 3-6PM at our new location: 2175 Lexington Blvd Building 2, Washington, Iowa 52353

Washington County Public Health is here to help you check off those school health requirements! ✅

📅 Clinic Dates:
• Monday, August 4, 2025
• Thursday, August 14, 2025
🕒 Time: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
📍 NEW Location: 2175 Lexington Blvd Bldg. 2, Washington, IA 52353

💉 Services Offered:
• Dental Screenings (Kindergarten & 9th Grade)
• Vision Screenings (Kindergarten & 3rd Grade)
• Lead Testing (Kindergarten)
• Immunizations (Kindergarten, 7th & 12th Grade*)

*Immunizations are available for children under 19 who:
✔️ Have no health insurance
✔️ Are enrolled in Medicaid
✔️ Are American Indian or Alaska Native
✔️ Are underinsured

📞 Call us at (319) 653-7758 to schedule your child’s immunization appointment.
All other services will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Here is the August schedule for our Vaccines for Children (VFC) program and our Vaccines for Adults (VFA) program!

These programs help ensure that everyone has access to important vaccines, regardless of insurance status.

🤔Who Qualifies? 🤷
✅ Vaccines for Children (VFC) Program (Ages 18 & under)
1. Uninsured (no health insurance)
2. Enrolled in Medicaid
3. American Indian or Alaska Native
4. Underinsured (insurance does not cover vaccines)

✅Vaccines for Adults (VFA) Program (Ages 19+)
1. Uninsured (no health insurance)
