Free services available on a first-come, first-served basis*:

• Lead testing (required for Kindergarten)
• Dental screenings (required for Kindergarten & 9th grade)
• Vision screenings (required for Kindergarten & 3rd grade)
• Immunizations (required for Kindergarten, 7th, & 12th grade)
  • Immunizations are provided to children under the age of 19 who do not have health insurance, are enrolled in Medicaid, are American Indian or Alaskan native, or those who are underinsured.

*Immunizations are by appointment only*
