Back to School Immunizations (K, 7th, 12th grades)

Lead Testing (Kindergarten)

Dental Screenings (K & 9th grades)

Vision Screenings (K & 3rd grades)

Sports Physicals – $25 CASH ONLY (Grades 7–12)

Plus community resource tables & giveaways! 🎁
