FTE: 1.0, 40 hours
Reports To: Home Health Director of Nursing
Primary Functions: Responsible for providing quality services and promoting good health practices to patients referred to the agency. Through the use of accepted nursing best practices and in conjunction with agency policies and procedure, state and federal mandates, the RN will provide services and direct the provision of services in the patient’s home(s).
Qualifications: Must possess a State licensure as a Registered Nurse. Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred but not required. A minimum of one year of clinical nursing experience preferred, but new grads will be considered. Applicant must possess valid BLS and Mandatory Reporter training for Child and Dependent Adult Abuse. Applicant must possess a valid driver’s license and an insured reliable vehicle. Must be able to read, speak, and write fluent English.
